Who can order?

We supply commercial customers such as restaurants, caterer, hotels and companies etc. The respective valid sales tax will be added to all prices.

How can I order?

You can order by telephone, mail or letter – everything is possible. By using the shopping card on our website you can send an request. For every order you will receive an order confirmation, so you can check if all items are available and how much the shipping costs are.

Are there minimum order quantities?

It’s depending on the kind of delivery. Please contact our retailers due to small orders. You can find the details here.

How is the delivery?

By deep freeze forwarding agency, by our own deep freeze vehicles (only certain areas) or by parcel delivery (only suitable products). You can also pick up your products at our plant in Kleinheubach.

What is the cost of delivery?

The shipping costs may vary, depending on the order quantity and effort (deep freeze or not). Self-collectors get a 7,5% discount on the order. You will find the exact transport costs here.

How should the products be prepared?

You just have to thaw our products. If there is something special to note, so you can find it in the catalog, on our website or on the packaging. With more elaborate preparation (e.g. kits) the product is accompanied by a detaild step by step guide with pictures.

How long are the products durable and how do you store them correctly?

The durability of our products is stated on the packaging. It is 6 to 12 months for deep frozen products and 2 to 3 months for all others. The absolut necessary requirement for the durability is to stick to the deep-freeze/cool chain, for which you are responsible from the delivery on. Non-frozen products, such as decoration have to be stored cool and dry.

How can I pay?

On account with 14 days payment target or by sepa company direct debit with 2% discount. New customers are delivered against payment in advance. Detailed payment conditions can be found here.

Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter includes so-called web bugs that allow us to recognise if and when an email has been opened and which links in the e-mail have been clicked by its recipient.

This data is stored by us so that we can best align our newsletter to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data thus collected is used to send personalised newsletters to each recipient.

You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal data as follows:

\“I agree that my data and my user responses will be stored electronically by newsletter tracking so that I can receive a personalised newsletter. The revocation of the consent to receive the newsletter constitutes a revocation of the consent for the tracking described above.“

Publishing of job vacancies / Online applications

We electronically collect and process your application data for the purpose of completing the application process. If your application results in the conclusion of an employment contract, the data collected from you may be stored in your personnel file for purposes of normal organizational and administrative processes in compliance with appropriate legal requirements. 
Upon rejection of your application, data you have provided is automatically deleted six months after notification of rejection. This does not apply in such instances where, due to legal requirements (such as the burden of proof obligation stipulated in the Equal Treatment Act) a longer storage period is necessitated or when you expressly agreed to have your data stored for a longer period in our database of prospective applicants.
